Sometimes, when we are called to obey, the fear does not subside, and we are expected to move against the fear. One must choose to do it afraid. -Elizabeth Elliot.
This film, which was a collaboration of my shooting, Mikes writing, and Andy’s editing, has just been released, and it tells the story of missions in the hard places of Central Africa. We are praying for a new generation of missionaries that are willing to go…willing to move against the fear.
Our latest OFM production is a video about AIM’s Northern Region. This is the one that we can’t talk much about. While I was interviewing AIM’s leader of this region for a personal video, he asked if people would be willing to pray for workers in this region without really knowing the details. Due to the nature of this work, security is a vital issue, and the workers of this region can’t be featured in magazines or in stories in church bulletins and such. Yet the need for prayer for them is real indeed. If you can see the video, which is a bit of an experiment, and can connect with the passion of the people involved, perhaps you could join in the ranks of those praying for what they do not know.
Click to watch our latest work. Our desire for this video is to expose to the church the vastness of unreached places. Places where a loving God is unheard of. People that have no access to the truth. There are more of these places, and more of these peoples than one might think.
